Set up sponsorship tiers and add or import sponsors for your event.
Sponsorship tiers let you group sponsors by their level of support (for example, Grand Slam, Homerun, Triple, Double, and Single — or your own custom names like Gold, Silver, and Bronze). Tiers control how sponsors are organized and displayed on your event's public sponsors page, with higher tiers shown more prominently.
Open Sponsorship Tiers
From your event's Sponsors page.
Start with defaults or build your own
If you haven't created any tiers yet, you can start with a set of default tiers or create your own from scratch.
Add a tier
Enter a tier name (required), an optional dollar amount representing the sponsorship level, a sort order to control where it appears, and an optional description of what the tier includes.
Save the tier
It's now available to assign to sponsors.
Edit or delete tiers at any time
Changes are reflected immediately across your event.
Individual sponsors represent the businesses or organizations supporting your event. Each sponsor can include contact details, a logo, a website, and social media links.
Add a new sponsor
From your event's Sponsors page.
Enter the sponsor's name
Required, plus optional contact first and last name, phone number, and email.
Add the sponsor's website and social links
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok.
Choose a sponsorship tier
Or leave it unassigned.
Mark whether the sponsorship payment has been received
Save the sponsor
Logo uploads become available after the sponsor is first created — save the sponsor, then upload a logo image on the same form.
Edit, mark paid/unpaid, or delete a sponsor at any time
If you've run events before, you can quickly bring sponsors over from a past event instead of re-entering their information.
Click "Import Sponsors"
From your event's Sponsors page.
Select a past event
Only events you own that already have sponsors will appear.
Click "Add" next to each sponsor you want to bring over
The sponsor's name, contact info, logo, website, and social links are copied into your current event. It starts with no tier assigned and payment status reset to unpaid.
Imported sponsors are marked as added
So you don't accidentally import them twice.
On the public event page, sponsors are displayed grouped by tier, with higher tiers shown larger and more prominently, followed by any sponsors without a tier. Each sponsor's logo, name, and links are shown so visitors can learn more or visit their pages.
