Game Day Component

Enable your event's Game Day view and manage its Quick Links.

Game Day is an optional live info hub that appears on your event's public page. When turned on, it gives attendees a quick, at-a-glance view of the latest announcement, each division's next upcoming game (with date, time, field, and a live "In Progress" indicator), and a set of custom shortcut buttons called Quick Links.

Enabling or Disabling It

  1. 1

Go to your event's Game Day page

    In the management dashboard.

  2. 2

Use the "Game Day Visibility" toggle

    Turn it on or off.

  3. 3

    When enabled, it appears automatically

It shows on the public event page; when disabled, it's hidden entirely, though your announcements and schedule remain available on their own pages.

Managing Quick Links

Quick Links are custom shortcut buttons you add for attendees to tap during the event — common examples include a venue map, live stream, bracket, or check-in form.

  1. 1

    Click "+ Add Link"

    On the Game Day page.

  2. 2

Enter a button label and destination URL

For example, "Venue Map" with its corresponding link.

  3. 3

Save to add it to the list

  4. 4

    Reorder or hide links

Use the up/down arrows to reorder links, or the toggle switch to temporarily hide a link without deleting it.

  5. 5

Edit or delete a link at any time

Only enabled links appear to attendees, in the order set. Links open in a new browser tab when tapped, so attendees don't lose their place on the event page.
